This Privacy Policy describes how Media Nordic ApS (“Media Nordic”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile applications published on Google Play (each an “App”, together the “Apps”).

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Apps.

We aim to collect only what is needed to provide and improve the Apps.

  • Device and app data (e.g., device model, OS version, App version, performance data, crash logs).
  • Usage data (e.g., screens viewed, feature usage) to help us understand and improve the App.

2.3 Permissions and device features

Some Apps may request access to device features to provide core functionality. Examples include:

  • Camera/Photos/Microphone: to capture or upload content when you choose to.
  • Location: to enable location-based features (only while needed/selected by you).
  • Notifications: to send you updates you opt into.

You can manage permissions in your device settings. The App remains usable, but some features may not work without the relevant permission.

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Apps.
  • Improve performance, safety, and reliability (e.g., diagnostics, crash reporting).

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, then delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention rules and legal requirements.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age of consent in your region). If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
